The cuddle party was a surprising opportunity to remove another layer of expectations and find our authentic self and voice. No, yes, maybe are decision we make internally in every moment, but when with a stranger, a friend, our beloved…too often our voice is self-silenced or expressed as if we must justify what we desire or who we are. It’s just not necessary or perhaps even healthy and distances us from our own self-love. Thank you for the gift of awareness. The night could not have been more profound or delicious!
