I'm honored to have had the opportunity to provide lighting design and direction, sound design, audio engineering, and/or technical direction for a wide variety of incredible artists and producing organizations since 1968. Early in 2011, in retiring from this kind of work and as part of letting go of that phase of my life, I did a retrospective list of the ones I enjoyed most. Here are my top 100 or so. I've listed them in alphabetical order, and included links for your convenience.
At this moment in September 2011, my absolute favorite artist to work with was Mr. Bruce A. Beers (1944-2011). When we worked together (1971-2006), he was a stage manager, house manager, theater manager, technical director, lighting designer, and dearest friend of mine. Starred with an asterisk (*) below are those where I worked side-by-side with Bruce. I miss him so much right now!
